This questionnaire has been prepared by Petersen Legal to assist with completing the Family Court / Federal Circuit Court form "Financial Statement". It provides the completed information to our office. It does not file the information with the Court.

• The questions on this assistant will take 20-30 minutes to complete.

• You cannot save your answers before completing, or alter your answers after submitting, to protect your privacy.

• Before starting, we recommend having your financial documents with you. This includes:

  • A recent pay slip​

  • Your most recent bank, loan, credit card and superannuation statements

  • Your car details and registration. 

• No information is submitted until you hit the Submit button.​ All responses are password protected once lodged.
